The purpose of this study is to find the ways of raising co-selection and shipping organizations by measuring and comparing importance and performance using by IPA analysis methods oriented for farmers, cooperatives and public servants involved in co-selection and shipping organizations. The results of IPA analysis showed as follows； In order to raise co-selection and shipping organizations, it is necessary to concentrate on fund support(distribution, management, facility, training and consulting) and sales diversification which located on the second quadrant. In case of distribution, management and facility funds, it is necessary for outstanding and high performing co-selection and shipping organizations to provide incentives such as analysis and PR of excellent factors, special business expenses, reduction or exemption of value added tax etc. And it is need to entrust management ways with co-selection and shipping organizations, except for budget supporting of training⋅consulting fund and supervising business results by management authorities. To strengthen market bargaining power of co-selection and shipping organizations, wholesale markets, major chain stores, medium-sized chain stores which own provincial chain stores, consumers cooperative associations, participation of school food supply, food-related businesses, opening of farmer’s market, establishment of e-commerce network and export etc. are should be diversify of business procedures. Therefore, we propose improving points in advance among selecting characteristics of co-selection and shipping organizations and efficient managing ways by using Importance-Performance Analysis oriented for farmers, cooperative manager, city/county officers, and agricultural extension officers in charge of training and consulting.
