Big changes have shook the Korean labor market. Companies are now starting to hire employees based on job capability, not the applicants’ educational background or specifications. Companies want “creative minds, ”who incessantly innovate new ideas in a rapidly changing environment, and talents who are armored with a ‘challenging spirit’to brave it with a ‘sense of ownership’. Also, it is necessary to obtain human resources who have ‘communication skills’ and ‘problem-solving skills’ to cope with numerous problems of companies that should make profits through increasing sales increase and reducing cost. In addition, companies need leaders who lead organizations with expertise and humanity. This research aimed to study what education is required to help students to become logistics specialties, going with the tide of trends and meeting company needs. Generally speaking, up to now it has been accepted that employment education and entrepreneurial education are different. Realizing the practical weakness of this notion, this study was initiated to give a help to boost entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial education and to derive ideal types of talents for companies. Thus, this research intended that entrepreneurial education would be helpful to reducing youth unemployment as well as resolving the lack of logistics labor. This is not only to promote entrepreneurial intention and to provide an alternative of practice-oriented education for logistics companies, but also to change college students’ social awareness so that it may give positively impact to producing talented people.
