Globalization is the popular subject that is discussed in social science and is treated in social studies curriculum and textbook. But the discussion on globalization is ongoing in philosophy, socialogy, politics, economics. And the influence of globalization is showed in the positively and negatively. On this time, the evaluation criterion on the globalization is needed to understand it clearly. The purpose of this paper is to present the evaluation criterion including positive and negative influences. By analysing the diverse discussion on globalization, we drew the evaluation criterion on globalization. We adopt evaluation criteria in the aspect of progressive degree and the economic effect of globalization. By the evaluation criterion, we can estimate the status of various opinions. In this paper, we confirmed the possibility of evaluation in the writing standard and the textbook context through the globalization evaluation criterion.
