E-cigarette contains the electronic device which consist of an atomizer, a power source such as a battery, and cartridge containing nicotine. The devices converts e-liquid into gas and allow it to be inhaled into the human body. The World Health Organization comments that it is difficult to say if E-cigarettes are safer than conventional cigarettes. Some e-cigarettes vendors are selling e-cigarettes while providing scientifically unverified their harmless information. However, there are reports that e-cigarettes cause lung disease in 2019, and there are many other cases complaining of side-effects such as cough, trouble breathing, and chest pain.
