Pupose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the causes of scuba divers’ accident on the scene. Methods: The data of this study were collected by the diver who was in charge of the diver who drifted in September 2016, and conversation during the drift was collected based on the reminiscence by the recall technique. After collecting the dialogue, diving logs of the divers and related documents as well as types of thoughts were also collected for reference. The data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews. Diving computer clocks and related papers were collected to support the in-depth interview data and to help researcher's understanding and data collection. I refer to the interpretation. Conclusion: The following steps are needed to education of the meaning of safety for the leaders through the change over time in coping with safety during drift. Step1. Begin diving Safety: To begin with safety, remembering the idea of ending with safety is always emphasized. Step2. Diving safety accidents are unpredictable moments: divers should always be thoroughly prepared as there are always risk factors. 3. Accident situations occurred during diving: The changing marine environment has been proved to be more confusing than expected practices through theories and practices. Step4. The confusion of the moments of realizing the occurrence of accident: At first, it flows into the unrealized time and copes without basic fear. Step5. Serious horror changes over time: The drift of the ocean for a long time has developed beyond horror as anxiety, and has made the moment of feeling resignation and abandonment. Step6. Courage in drifting despair: The courage that comes from what has been learned through nature becomes manifest in a state of cautiousness, cool judgment to the last and a power to overcome danger.
