This study aims to obtain optimal spectrum for the proton distribution of the human brain using View Forum Analyzer with data transferred to PACS after acquiring magnetic resonance spectroscopy data using 3.0 T MRI. Spectrum resulting from magnetic resonance spectroscopy are useful for distinguishing chemical structures and different spectrum between normal and diseased tissues due to differences in biochemical information. Based on this basic theory, it is possible to obtain distinct spectral peaks by adjusting various parameters that can be changed in analyzer. Based on this study, we will provide MRS analysts with useful information on analysis methods and high diagnostic medical information for patients.
