This paper proposes an optimal correspondence analysis of there through the Strong Minimalist Thesis(SMT). This study introduces the inherent case to merge there into the Spec of υP. The third-person noun phrase amalgamated with the Xo probe is not checked by the uninterpretable φ-features of υ, and therefore, matches with the T of the main verb to confirm its uninterpretable case feature. In the process of agreement, we have proved that the Icelandic quirky case operation occurs. In addition, the result of this checking process suggests that the nominal noun phrase is merged with the outer SPEC of υP to show the interface INT effects. Without applying Chomsky’s uninterpretable EPP feature, this study claims the there structures as a new operation through Agreement and INT(Semantic Interpretive Complex).
