The purpose of this study is to explore the life of a person who has lived as a sports administrator with a certain life goal. The research into the life history yielded four results as follows. First, the study could review the history of the Korean Sport and Olympic Committee. Second, the study could research how the National Sports Festival has changed and found out that he is the figure who has made a substantial contribution to the festival. Next, sports administration executed for participation in international competitions such as the Olympics and Asian Games could be investigated. Last, it was found that he has contributed greatly to the sporting world of Korea since his retirement as well. He is a true sports administrator who has voiced the importance of sports administration and developed the sporting world of Korea while working for the Korean Sport and Olympic Committee.
