The comparison analysis between two certification systems is divided into three categories which are comparison of ①a number of evaluation items, ②a distribution chart of score percentage, ③detail evaluation items. Through a number of evaluation items, the purpose of certification system can be predicted. Also, a distribution chart of score percentage can help predict importance of certain items or factors. Those detail evaluation items which are slightly different according to different version standards which are composed of new version (G-SEED 2013, LEED v4). The score was calculated without the weighted value of G-SEED and detail score of LEED, and it is compared with not the rating of certification system but the score of compatibility. When it is compared only with the score, it is difficult to calculate for accurate rating. Therefore, the result will be come out with some percentage of compatibility through the percentage calculation method of certified cases. There is a limitation not to figure out accurate compatibility in this study because there were some exclusions, the weighted value of G-SEED and detail score of LEED. However, the possibility of compatibility can be figured out through the score percentage of certification standard. We contribute to secure. Getting out of obtaining LEED's certification recklessly, this research implies to contribute an insured green building certification system only through G-SEED certification.
