The study starts from trying to find the architectural solution for homogenized modern society which makes possible to realize the architecture as one organic piece analyzing the concept of 'Generative Order' in the organic point of view from researching the works of the architect Toyo Ito after his masterpiece the Sendai Mediatheque. Through the exhibition and lectures of Architect Toyo Ito, this study analyzes his works after the Sendai Mediatheque in the organic point of view and tries to derive what ‘Generative Order’ means. First, the concept of the organic and its generative characteristics were examined. And secondly, looking over Toyo Ito’s change of perspective in organic was done. Based on these two, the study analyzes his works after the Sendai Mediatheque, categorizes the organic generative order, and ultimately derives what the essence of ‘Generative Order’ is. Since designing the Sendai Mediatheque, Toyo Ito tried to design the spaces not only giving it the meaning of continuous space that is open to the outer space but also as an organic space - a living organism. From this organic point of view, we can analyze the characteristics into 4 big orders - Convergent Order, Emergent Order, Blurring Order, and Epicene order. From this analysis about Toyo Ito's 'Generative Order', it has been analyzed as not just creating the architectural building itself but defining it as an integration of various creating process, and creating a new flow in the relationship which makes its material condition, giving the variety and the organic flow in the order of the process condition.
