The purpose of this paper is to help the organizations and universities that plan to organize the Japan Job Fair in the future by introducing the case of the “Japan Job Fair” held as part of the employment support programs at the author’s university. In this paper, after we introduce the Japan employment support system for the undergraduate students and the government support program, we explain the roles of the administration office, students, and the companies which participated in the Japan job fair. Also, I was able to confirm the effectiveness of the university-sponsored job fair, as reflected in the high level satisfaction of the participants with the job fair and their willingness to encourage their friends to participate in the job fair. Based on the students’ awareness and desire for employment in Japan, I would like to support their employment in Japan by organizing a better job fair.
