This study is to derive the importance of service quality of supplier through the measurement of service quality of manufacturer executing the supply chain network to the supplier, and then is to enhance the management quality strategy of business producing product or service through a study on the service quality of such a supplier. For this, this study proposes the service quality measurement model of supplier in order to measure the service quality of supplier, then it is applied as an object of domestic manufacturer and its empirical analysis is made, and actually the item of service quality being deemed to be important in the relationship with supplier is derived. Through such a study like this a new possibility of service quality strategy in the supply chain network can be proposed, and the improved service quality of supplier causes to make a positive effect on the management result of manufacturer, accordingly the alternative for profit creation can be proposed through the corporate quality strategy.
