In virtual reality, it is most important to stimulate and experience human"s five senses as they are. Virtual reality refers to the technology and theoretical foundations needed for computer-generated virtual worlds that allow users to immerse themselves in the real world within the virtual world. As ICT-based augmented reality technology goes through the 4th Industrial Revolution and the commercialization of 5G mobile communication, there is a lack of digital content that mobile devices need, and there are not many studies that combine cultural assets. According to the UNWTO (2020) World Tourism Barometric System, the number of global tourism in 2019 was 1.5 billion, up 4 percent from a year-on-on-year. However, 12,716 Korean tourists visited in 2016, 12,277 in 2017, 12,242 in 2018, 13,395 in 2019, 5,385 in 2020, and 3,144 in 2021, but there is little difference in increase or decrease. From this perspective, the study aims to: First, a study will be conducted on the impact of digital experience factors of cultural heritage on tourist satisfaction. Second, we will conduct an empirical analysis based on the results of the study results. Third, through empirical analysis, we would like to present marketing strategies and implications for promoting digital experience of cultural heritage to cultural officials. The analysis method will test the validity using a verifiable factor analysis to ensure the internal validity of convergence feasibility. Finally, we will analyze causality between variables.
