Scapolite in amphibolite to granulite facies rocks can provide information of rock-fluid interaction because of its volatile components. This study is focused on constraint the local X(CO₂) buffering at the peak metamorphic condition and changes of metamorphic fluid composition during retrograde metamorphic condition in various Scp-bearing mineral assemblages. The assemblages in the study area are represented by (a) Cpx+Pl+Scp+Qtz+Cal, (b) Cpx+Pl+Scp+Qtz, and (c) Cpx+Pl+Scp+Grt+Qtz. In (a), the medium to coarse grained subhedral Scp include Pl, Ep (X<SUB>Czo</SUB>=67-94), Mus, and Py and is replaced by Ep (X<SUB>Czo</SUB>=28-67). The porphyroblastic Cpx include irregular shaped Scp, Cal and Hbl and is replaced by Act. The inclued and matrix Scp show eqAn (54-69%), and Cl (0.06-0.23 mol). The porphyroblastic Cpx (X<SUB>Mg</SUB>=056-0.72) doesn’t show chemical zoning. The Pl in matrix and included in Scp show different X<SUB>An</SUB> value, 0.31 and 0.14-0.26, respectively. In (b), the fine to medium grained subhedral Scp appears with Cpx, Pl, and within the Cpx. Also the Scp and Cpx are replaced by Ep (X<SUB>Czo</SUB>=0.36) and the Cpx is replaced by Hbl. The eqAn value and Cl content of Scp are 54-56 % and 0.24-0.27, respectively. The X<SUB>Mg</SUB> (0.55-0.61) of Cpx is similar to Cpx in assemblage (a). The ma ... 전체 초록 보기
