The 4th industrial revolution, or automation technological revolution, has become a global topic of conversation as it has been applied to various spaces. Through this, technologies based on robot systems such as AI and artificial intelligence are drawing attention as key technologies and capabilities for future environments beyond changes in living environments, production environments, and consumption methods. It is also expected to play a crucial role in the core technology and human connection of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, such as 'Cafabot'. The meeting of technology and life ahead will provide a convenient and elegant life centered on humans, and lead a life ahead of the trend by combining with design. Therefore, design is at a critical juncture that requires a multilateral understanding of technology and human beings, and thus should be a leading subject to reading new changes. In particular, the restaurant industry introduced technology that combines AI and robot technology, introducing "automation" and "unmanned" spaces suitable for the Untouch era. In addition, with the introduction of technology, it is urgent and judged that changes in the kitchen structure are urgently needed as it develops from a human-centered workspace to a work area that coexists with machines. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the relevance of work efficiency in the form of kitchens as the era of very close proximity to customers and always consensus with them approaches. Furthermore, it can be used as a basic data of the plan as a functional system to re-examine coffee in the workplace at the same time as the workers working in the kitchen where the cafe bot was introduced.
