Oral health education should be important; however, most of them did not know the proper and effective way of preparing the required education materials and disseminating the education. The eligible subjects or topics would be suggested as per the different objects classified into 5 groups as the general people group divided by age, the special state group, the individual without dental problems, the dental patient with different oral state and education with mass media. Several topics and subjects recommended for the eligible with consideration of the object state have been suggested according to the classification of the objects of the oral health education. Oral health education should be imparted with consideration of issues, such as the use of three-dimensional and mobile education materials and emphasizing on the motivation for education and evaluation after providing the education.
