Since entering the 21st century, port logistics has become more and more important for the development of ports, and the competition of major ports has gradually developed in the direction of logistics. Qingdao port is a typical representative of the traditional port, which has a huge business volume. But in the modern port competition, Qingdao port and other major ports want to become a new generation of hub port, the construction of port logistics is essential. In this study, SWOT/AHP analysis method is used to analyze the current situation of logistics and the conditions for the development of port logistics from both inside and outside Qingdao port, extract the important factors for the development of Qingdao port logistics from the data as objectively as possible, and put forward relatively reasonable suggestions for the future development of Qingdao port logistics.
