Since microRNA (abbreviated miRNA) biomarkers play an important role in tracing and diagnosing various tumors in the body’s gene translation, research and development to detect miRNAs simply and sensitivity is required. The biomarker of gastric cancer, miRNA-135b, is high expressed when gastritis progresses to gastric cancer. In this study, we used a lateral flow assay to confirm the overexpression pattern of miRNA-135b, gastric cancer associated biomarker.
