We fabricated poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL)-based polyurethane (PU) foam scaffold as a replacement of ear or bone with cartilage by gas foaming method. Sulfuric acid and silicone surfactant were used to form high porosity outside and inside of the PU scaffold, respectively. For the blowing agent, an aqueous gelatin solution was used.
