We propose a plasmonic immunoassay based on a target specific organic-inorganic hybrid nanoparticle with an antibody-functionalized glass substrate. The hybrid nanoparticle (Gold-somes) encapsulates gold nanoparticles (GNPs) which are used to amplify the detection signal.
