A fully cellulose-based membrane was fabricated via non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) process that blends together cellulose acetate (CA) and cellulose-graft-poly(ε-decalactone) (CgPD) to enhance traditional CA membrane’s flux properties. The effect of blend composition on the resulting membrane’s compatibility, morphology, ultrafiltration performance, and mechanical properties were evaluated in various analyses.
