Recently, poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and its glycol-modified derivatives, such as poly(1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) (PCT), poly(isosorbide terephthalate) (PIT) have been used widely due to their good thermal and mechanical properties.
