For application of PEDOT:PSS, one of the issue to solve is the acidic property. It induces interfacial protonation and degrades the quality of the thin film, which results in low charge conductivity, reduced perovskite crystallinity, and poor device stability. Here, carbon quantum dots with silver dopant (Ag-CQD) are prepared to improve this issue. This newly designed Ag-CQD is facilely obtained via one step hydrothermal synthesis.
