This study used Ulva ohnoi, which can be used for food or natural products, but pollutes the coastal ecosystem due to large-scale green algae. This was performed to confirm the value of anti-obesity efficacy when Ulva ohnoi oil was administered to obese mice fed a high-fat diet for 8 weeks.
