In this study, we investigated whether the ethanolic extract of Rubus occidentalis (ROE) has the improving effect on sarcopenia induced by dexamethasone in mice. The grip strength reduced in the Ex-DEX group, but it enhanced dose-dependently by ROE. When the relative weight of muscles was measured, the weight decreased significantly in the Ex-DEX group compared to the Ex-CON group. However, the weight increased in Ex-ROL and Ex-ROH group.
