Intelligent packaging is a smart system that can monitor the product quality directly or environment change around the packaging during transportation and distribution to provide relevant information to consumers for the safety. In this study, a printable freshness indicator was well-designed and fabricated with the modification of CNC-AgNP solution prepared by hydrothermal green synthesis.
