(연구배경 및 목적) 최근 오브제의 활용에 있어 다양한 표현 방식과 확장된 개념을 탄생시키고 있다. 오브제는 사물의 용도나 새로운 환경에서 사용되고 있으며, 장치와 함께 기술에 의해서 표현되고 있다. 이는 단순한 기술의 적재나 장치의 결합만으로 이루어진다고 볼 수 없으며, 기술들의 심층적인 매개과정을 통해 콘텐츠 자체의 특성과 그 결과물이 새로운 종으로 나타난다. 이처럼 오브제의 적용 가능한 요소 들을 통해 세부적이고 구체화 된 사물을 위한 연결고리 역할도 할 수도 있고, 새로운 표현의 확장이나 다양한 적용방안을 마련할 수 있다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 확장된 현재성을 새로운 사물로 나타내거나 제작할 수 있는 유형과 요소들을 통해 공간연출을 위한 구체화 및 세분화 된 오브제를 표현할 수 있는 적용 가능성을 연구하고자 한다. (연구방법) 본 연구는 소재 중심의 오브제 유형 분석을 통한 공간연출 요소에 관한 연구로, 이를 위한 연구방법은 오브제 중심의 문헌고찰을 통하여 오브제의 표현 매체 및 재료, 표현방법, 표현기법의 유형과 요소를 분석하였다. 표현 매체 및 재료, 표현방법, 표현기법 등을 통해 소재 중심의 연출 유형에서의 장소와 시간, 기호에 따라 표현되는 것, 구축 적 요소로서 공간형성이나 공간 분할 및 연결, 또는 관계적 요소로서의 조형적 요소 중심으로 분석하고자 한다. (결과) 본 연구를 통해 오브제의 구체적 유형 요소의 소재의 확장, 표현 매체 및 방법, 조형적 표현요소와 표현된 양상을 나타내고 있는 것들은 모두 공간적 요소를 통해 표현되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이에 따른 하나의 적용 방법이나 표현 유형 요소로 의미하는 오브제는 또 다른 의미 체이면서 적용 대상이 되는 것이다. 오브제의 유형에 따른 요소의 관계성을 분석해보면, 공간연출 유형의 내·외부 공간과 복합형 공간요소와 밀접한 관계성이 나타났으며, 공간의 구축 적 요소는 사용자나 제품의 유형에 따라 공간을 형성하고, 오브제의 매체와 재료를 통해 소재개발이 가능하다. 또한 표현 유형을 통한 섬유기법의 방법까지도 유도 할 수 있고, 오브제의 조형적 요소와 표현기법을 통해 공간 연출적 표현이 가능하다. (결론) 오브제 유형의 핵심적인 요소들을 활용해 공간을 연출할 때 다각화되고 세부적인 응용이 가능함을 의미하고 있다. 다양한 소재의 대입을 통해 공간을 분리하는 방법으로 응용되고, 텍스추어와 피니시(Finish)를 더욱 강조한 제품들은 원단의 지능적인 소재들의 새로운 조합을 통해 통합적이고 구체적인 요소들을 분석함으로서, 적용 유형에 적합한 다각적이고 창의적인 디자인 개발 및 공간연출이 가능하다고 볼 수 있다. 이는 공간의 새로운 표현을 위한 상호 연계적인 영역에서 다양한 확장이 가능함을 의미한다.

(Background and Purpose) Of late, various expressions and extended concepts have been presented with regard to the use of an object. Object is used as objects or in new environments , and is expressed through technology and devices. This is not performed by merely loading the technology or by combining the devices. The nature of the content and its results emerge as a new species through in-depth intermediation of technologies. These applicable elements of the object can serve as a link for detailed and concrete objects, and can expand to new expressions or provide the basis for various measures. This study focuses on applicability that can express the detailed and segmented object for spatial presentation through the types and elements that can represent or produce the extended nowness as new objects. (Method) This study examines the elements of spatial presentation through an analysis of material-centered object types, and analyzes the types and elements of the object's medium of expression and materials, methods of expression, and techniques of expression by examining relevant literature. Subsequently, this study will analyze the place and time in the type of material-centered production, expressions according to tastes, structural elements like spatial formation, spatial division and connection, or relational factors including figurative elements. (Results) From this study, we can recognize that the material of an object's specific type element and the material's extension, medium of expression, figurativeness, and expressed aspects can be revealed through spatial elements. Therefore, an object as an application method or expression type element, is another semantics and subject to the application. Analyzing the relationship of elements according to the type of object shows a close relationship among the internal space, external space, and complex elements. The structural elements of the space form a space according to the user or product type, and the development of material is possible through the medium and materials of the object. In addition, the textile techniques through expression types can be induced, and spatial presentation can be expressed through the formative elements and expression techniques of objects. (Conclusions) This implies that the core elements of the object type can be diversified and applied in detail when presenting a space. It is being applied by separating space through the introduction of various materials. For products that emphasize texture and finish, the novel combination of intelligent materials of the fabric can be integrated and subdivided for the specific elements to be analyzed, enabling diverse and creative design development and spatial extraction suitable for the application type. This shows various possible expansions in interlinked areas for new presentations of space.
