Aim(s): The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of an online remote diabetes self-management program on self-efficacy, social support, self-management behavior, and HbA1c levels.
Method(s): A online remote diabetes self-management program was developed through plan, do, check, and act procedure. The program consisted of diabetes related knowledge, daily life management, nutrition (cooking class), exercise, drugs, blood sugar, and complication management. Workbook, counseling, blood glucose meter, Thera band, and cooking ingredients were provided. The program was performed from March to April 2021 at D Community Health Promotion Center via real-time online platform, Zoom<sup>Ⓡ</sup>, for 8 weeks.
