In this research, the multi-objective optimization of the deep drawing process of tailor-welded blank sheets was conducted. To minimize fracture and centerline deviation simultaneously, an adjustable draw bead was used and the trajectory was determined by multi-objective optimization. Response surface model and Artificial Neural Network have been used to find the relationship between variables (trajectory parameters) and objective functions (fracture, centerline deviation).
