Purpose
The purpose of this study was to evaluate risk factors associated with 30-day mortality in postoperative AKI patients who underwent continuous renal replace therapy(CRRT) in intensive care unit(ICU).
Methods
Between April 2012 and May 2019, postoperative AKI patients who underwent CRRT in ICU were enrolled in this study, and their medical charts were analyzed retrospectively.
Results
The average age of patients was 64.8 ± 14.4 years, and the average APACHE II score for ICU admission was 26.2. Thirty-seven patients (52.1%) had Non-trauma emergency surgery, 16 patients (22.5%) had trauma surgery, and 18 patients (25.4%) had elective major surgery. In most patients, CRRT was started on stage III of AKIN criteria, and the mean Cr level at the time of CRRT initiation was 3.62 ± 1.73 mg/dL^_@span style=color:#999999 ^_# ... ^_@/span^_#^_@a href=javascript:; onclick=onClickReadNode('NODE10578004');fn_statistics('Z354','null','null'); style='color:#999999;font-size:14px;text-decoration:underline;' ^_#전체 초록 보기^_@/a^_#
