목적: 본 연구는 농촌지역 영양중재 프로그램 적용에 따른 노인의 식행동 변화 및 영양상태 개선 효과를 평가하기 위해 수행하였다.
방법: 본 연구는 전주시 완주군에 소재한 두억마을의 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 하였다. 2021년 1∼ 2월 사전조사를 실시하였고, 이에 대한 결과로부터 영양판정 및 영양진단을 하였다. 3월1일∼4월10일까지 영양중재 프로그램(영양상담, 영양교육)을 적용했으며, 4월 10일 이후 사후조사를 실시하여 영양모니터링 및 평가를 진행하였다. 조사대상자 수는 10명으로 남자 1명, 여자 9명이었다. 사전조사에서 일반환경요인 및 건강행태요인 조사, 영양위험도, 식행동 요인 및 식품섭취량 조사를 실시했으며, 사후조사에서는 식행동 요인과 식품섭취량 조사를 사전조사와 같은 방법으로 실시하였다.
결과: 맞춤형 영양관리 평가지에 의해 영양판정 및 영양진단을 위해 사전조사 한 결과 대상자는 남자노인 1명(10%) 여자노인(90%)으로 총 10명이었으며, 평균연령은 71.1±7.6세였다. 신체계측 결과 신장은 151.9∼163.8cm이고, 체중은 51.3 ... View All
