Introduction and Background
Stemless shoulder arthroplasty has been available because it could decrease several stem-related complications such as metaphyseal stress-shielding, periprosthetic and intra-operative fractures. This study described the radiographic and clinical outcomes of shoulder arthroplasty using stemless humeral component with a minimum follow-up of 1 year.
Material and Method
Between July 2018 and December 2019, 12 patients underwent 12 shoulder arthroplasties using Lima SMR? stemless humeral component. The average age was 69.7 years (range 62 to 82 years).
