In clinical and molecular biology, large scale data is the first-line tool, but only few studies tried meta-analysis in metabolomics. Batch effects, different data structure, and identification of metabolites were main obstacle of meta-analysis, but the development of various tools made overcoming problems. This study selected untargeted metabolomics studies of hepatocellular carcinoma and liver cirrhosis from public database, ‘MetaboLights’. MTBLS17 and MTBLS19, which contain LC-MS analyses were used for meta-analysis of untargeted metabolomics. ... 전체 초록 보기
