It is necessary to develop interfacing compounds for immobilizing the bioprobes, including an antibody, aptamer, natural receptors and so on, on the platform of biosensors which are consisted of 2D nanostructure. There are various 2D nanomaterials in the literatures. In particular, a graphene has high-conductivity, so the graphene-integrated biosensors have been constructed to enhance their sensitivity and selectivity.
