In recent years, organic inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have achieved dramatic efficiency improvement from 3.9% to 25.5%. However, solution processed PSCs have inevitable defects on their surface, which can act as the center of carrier recombination and degrade PSCs performance.
