Thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), which include the elasticity of vulcanized rubber and the thermoplasticity of plastic, have been used in a variety of applications in industry. Among many types of TPEs, styrenic TPEs, poly(styrene-b-butadiene-b-styrene) (SBS) or poly(styrene-b-isoprene-b-styrene) (SIS), are still widely being used in this field.
