From the past, many kinds of polymeric hosts have been designed and synthesized for solution-processable organic light-emitting diode (OLED). Among them, side-chain host polymers have some advantages because their energy levels and mobility could be easily tuned by using various host pendants. Moreover, in order to improve the charge balance of them, a single bipolar host or dual host with hole and electron character was introduced.
