Secondly, was conducting an initial survey of perceptions and user experience in using MRT station facilities. In this study, there were 33 respondents assessing the usability. The results of usability testing measurement and the SUS questionnaire obtained the lowest score on the map of the Jakarta main public transportation network with a value of 40.23 (satisfaction category), and the highest at 76.591 on the station platform with the satisfaction category. The improvements in information system design have succeeded in increasing the usability value, for example the map of the Jakarta main public transport network - HI station to SUS 86,061% (satisfaction category). All in all, the improvement of information system design which concerns about ergonomic factors - visual displays could increase the usability of a product.
