With the spread of the Corona 19 virus, the concept of untect is being introduced in many areas. As a result, the introduction rate of telecommuting, which is one of the policies for non-face-to-face work and a form of flexible work system, is constantly increasing. However, until the Untact era accelerates, Korea"s home-based work rate was quite low, and the rate of home-based work is constantly increasing at a time when there is not enough research on the overall situation of direct stress, job satisfaction, and space satisfaction among telecommuters. Telecommuting is only a set form of work, and the legal establishment in the application of various bills, such as privacy infringement, is still unclear, and research on the overall home work space is essential for their overall satisfaction. In addition, modular system furniture has been developed for home offices, where seven out of ten people are found to value more than their annual salary, but concerns about proper separation between office space and residential space have not been resolved, and food and beverage spaces, exercise spaces, and rest areas can be adequately separated from OA and storage-related systems to increase the demand for work-life balance. In addition, the residential environment of apartments in today"s era is introducing a built-in method, where furniture and electronics are not visible, making the space look neat and more efficient. Recently, apartments have been designed to be built in more diverse areas, and the built-in method, which has a good influence on space utilization and quality of life, is expected to play a major role in future changes in residential space. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to combine the IOT of residential environment, built-in format with home office system furniture, which is recently presented as a futuristic culture, and to propose a method of applying residential environment built-in to home office households that can be psychologically and spatially separated from residential space, taking into account the work-life balance of ‘home people’ who are engaged in various activities at home.
