Innovative foldable displays have been reported to experience failures derived from mechanical defects by external force, since the consisting polymer films of foldable displays contain low level mechanical property. To reduce the mechanical failure, this paper suggests new structure composite of polymer protect films to protect material by attaching object. We evaluated each mechanical property of polymer film through tensile test and stress relaxation test. Furthermore, we constructed the structure composites and confirmed the mechanical property of structures composite by using the finite element analysis.
