Informations regarding Patent regime continues to be created, changed, and developed in accordance with changes in the intellectual property (IP) environment, however, it is difficult to systematically analyze and understand the IP system because each information is scattered everywhere. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to construct an accurate, user-friendly database. To do so, however, it is necessary to systematically collect and organize information, such as patent laws, regulation, policies, etc. In this study, we compare the domestic and foreign patent laws and patent systems, and use the basic information derived from them to collect information on patent law in each country. In particular, we will select China, India, Vietnam, and collects information on major articles and policy trends in each country, compare them based on the full text of the Korean Patent Law. To this end, we first preceded a comprehensive analysis of the articles and systems of patent law in China, India and Vietnam, and specified the legal texts to be linked through specific comparison and examination with individual articles. In addition, if there are no preconditioned texts due to differences in the legal systems in each country, the relevant foreign legal texts will be substituted. Finally, the translation of the related laws in China, India and Vietnam will be provided so that they can be utilized in domestic and foreign patent system research. (See Appendix 1, 2, 3) In addition, in the case of important cases and the latest case law in the countries, judicial judgments were carefully selected, and cases of specific laws were collected and the facts, legal issues. In addition, we analyzed policy trends of each country by examining the patents policy trends of target countries and predicting future legislative and policy directions based on our database of intellectual property trends. We hope that this study will be able to obtain basic information that can be used in various future approaches and applications (web services)
