In this research, we aim to establish the application system and the examination criteria of intelligent robot field. For this purpose, firstly, the definitions and ranges of intelligent robot(AI) related inventions were derived. It can be defined as including AI related invention and a system device that turns the method showing that human beings intelligently recognize, such as learning, reasoning, inference and decision. Secondly, we analyzed the main trends of intelligent robot(AI) related inventions. it was included the related invention which was filed and registered from jan 2013 to aug 2018(last 5 years). The Technical fields are classified into learning and reasoning technology (AA), situation understanding technology(AB), language understanding technology(AC), visual understanding technology(AD), recognition and cognitive technology(AE) (Technical classification system used by Information and Communication Technology Promotion Center). The number of patent applications in the technical field of Learning and Reasoning has been rapidly increasing, and it showed an explosive increase trend since 2016. 17 cases Of total 12,929 cases of the related AI were selected and analyzed by using keyword of "Robot" and "Learning". Third, it was predicted that new problems will arise in machine learning in intelligent robot (AI) related inventions and further on how deep learning based learning model invention learned by themselves is dealt with. In the case of receiving a patent of a new learning model, there is a possibility of calculating a new learning model and parameters completely different from the existing learning model when inputting other data here. Fourth, confirm the state of protection on intellectual robot(AI) related inventions under the current law. Based on current examination practice, it compares how AI related inventions are handled within the categories of computer related inventions under the Patent Law compared with reviewing practices of major countries. And we derived the present situation of the problem of AI related invention. Fifth, we consider protection measures of intelligent robot(AI) related invention. Firstly, we present a method of preparing specifications of the invention related to AI and a draft of examination criteria, and we consider ways to secure the effectiveness at the time of exercising the right to be a problem at the time of infringement litigation of AI related invention. Along with this, the deposit proposal of the AI learning completion model also examined the method of protecting learning data in detail. Sixthly, I examined the problem of public order and morality, that is, the ethical problem which the foundation of future problem is increasing concerning the related invention of intelligent robot(AI). Finally, we summarized and organized the above discussed matters and draw conclusions
