The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the job environment of bakery cafe workers has a significant effect on organizational commitment and whether there is a moderating effect related to employment type. Based on the collected previous studies, research models and hypotheses were established, and questionnaire data were subjected to frequency, validity, reliability, and correlation, multiple regression analysis and rank regression analysis for SPSS 25 package First, hypothesis 1 was partially adopted because the job environment of bakery cafe workers has a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Hypothesis 2 was adopted because organizational commitment has a significant part (−) effect on turnover intention. Hypothesis 3 was that the job environment was partially adopted for organizational commitment in order to see the moderating effect of the employment type. In this study, the empirical analysis of the job environment of the bakery cafe workers and the moderating effect on the employment type and the effect of the influence for organizational commitment and turnover intention was made, and the theoretical basis was established. In particular, it is considered better if the welfare environment is found to have a moderating effect on the form of employment, and furthermore, if the compensation and proper remuneration for the achievements associated with the work execution are guaranteed on a regular basis.
