There have been many previous studies on emotional survey research methods for sensory organs in the trend of physical perception and response research on color and scent. However, since 2005, the 4th Industrial Revolution and the rapid development of IT technology have led to the study of reaction through experiments, a new research method in the aspect of the human body. In this developmental study, the experimental study has scientifically presented the results of classifying the HRV response of single and combination stimuli of colors and scent. Therefore, this study aims to conduct an experimental study on the relationship between stress and color and scent stimulation based on the HRV experiment. This study aims to analyze the relationship between singled colors and scent on stress and to analyze combined stimuli. Also, this study intends to provide essential data for the elements of color and scent in the field of mental stress and design, which are needed in the field of design environment in the future.
