By Colcher-Sussman method, the cephalopelvimetry was done in 93 cases of Korean women, who had been in delivery, 39 cases of which had received C-section due to cephalopevlc disproportion and 54 cases of which had delivered through vagina. Pelvimetric results of 54 cases, had delivered through vagina, are as follows: 1) Pelvic inlet: A-P diameter: 11.79$\pm$1.00cm Transverse diameter: 12.40$\pm$0.75cm Average diameter: 12.10$\pm$0.71cm Volume: 944.27$\pm$165.55cc 2) Mid pelvis: A-P diameter: 11.36$\pm$0.97cm Transverse diameter: 9.63$\pm$0.82cm Average diameter: 10.51$\pm$0.71cm Volume: 615.13$\pm$126.33c 3) Pelvic outlet: A-P diameter: 7.50$\pm$0.89cm Transverse diameter: 9.60$\pm$0.91cm Average diameter: 8.57$\pm$0.74cm 4) Fetal head: Average diameter: 10.24$\pm$0.44cm Volume: 634.11$\pm$88.98cc From the average diameters of pelvic inlet and mid pelvis, the pelvic volumes were calculated and in same way, fetal head volume was also calculated. By division of fetal head volume by volume of pelvic cavity, the coeffi iencies of fetal head volume to volume of pelvic inlet and mid pelvis were obtained and thereafter their standard distributions were given from standard deviations, through which the extents of borderline, C-section and vaginal delivery group were obtained. Indication of C-section will be all cases in which the coefficiency is between 57.52 and 83.28 in pelvic inlet or between 88.89 and 128.71 in mid pelvis. Cases, which aretheught to be able to deliver through vagina, will be all cases in which the coefficiency is below 57.52 in pelvic inlet and 88.89 in mid pelvis. According to this criteria, the auther's 93 cases were reanalysed, which reveals 65.22% of cases which were thought to belong to C-section group had been received C-section and 61.54% of cases which were thought to be able to deliver through vagina had been delivered through vagina and 68.18% of borderline group had been delivered through vagina.
