Blockchain is evolving as a core technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, including proof of transactions, anti-counterfeiting, digital document distribution, and financial innovation. Blockchain is used in various industries and companies that require credibility such as genuine appraisal of art, electronic voting, electronic citizenship issuance, energy trading, vehicle sharing, real estate register, and medical records management. It is reasonable to apply blockchain technology as an alternative to fundamentally solve the problem of opacity of personnel recruitment and forgery of evaluation records. In this paper, the acceptance intention of the system was studied for potential users in order to apply the block chain technology to the HR recruitment system. In particular, the effect of acceptance to accept the characteristics of block chain technology was studied. Adopting four major variables of the UTAUT model, a survey was conducted on the acceptance of blockchain-based HR recruitment systems. Studies have shown that among the variables of UTAUT, factors influencing acceptability were performance expectation and social influence and facilitating condition, and effort expectation did not affect acceptability. In the relationship between two variables(expectation and social impact) and acceptance intention, it was found that there was a moderating effect according to technology understanding. In other words, acceptance intention can vary according to the individual's knowledge of blockchain technology. Specifically, this paper empirically verified that the acceptance intention changes positively when the knowledge about blockchain technology is acquired.
