In this study, literature research and Delphi techniques were used to define the cosmetology teacher's pedagogical content knowledge and to derive subcomponents. As a result of the literature analysis, 56 sub- elements of 7 areas were derived, and the Delphi techniques was used to verify the importance evaluation and reliability of content validity. As such, a cosmetology teacher must have knowledge in various areas, and a high level of professionalism is required, such as restructuring the lesson contents reflecting the knowledge of the field of the beauty industry, and combining theory and practical classes. Therefore, it is necessary to follow-up research applying PCK, which is an indicator of class expertise, to the beauty department.
