The policy stance is changing rapidly over the aging industrial complex, but industrial complex regeneration projects are centered on physical infrastructure and corporate support. Many of these projects are often shaped into space/facilities, requiring an analysis of the behavior of industrial workers who are facility users. This study aims to analyze the current facility using behavior of industrial workers in perspective of space for the purpose of setting the direction of the deteriorated industrial complex regeneration project. Through this, the government intends to present policy directions in determining the residential and spatial position of industrial facilities in the indutrial complex renewal projects. The research method analyzes the physical characteristics of the deteriorated industrial complex and Deterioration degree. Through a survey, the employees" settlement and industrial facilities usage patterns will be investigated, and the functions of introducing the deteriorated industrial complex regeneration projects in the future will be derived through various inter-group analyses in terms of space scope. Through this study, it will be available as basic data in introducing residential and industrial facilities when planning future projects for the regeneration of deteriorated-industrial complexes and revitalized zones, and there will be significance of the research in terms of access from the perspective of demand side.
