Report Errors
With aging population and a low-growth era, the paradigm of urban renewal is changing in the direction of housing. This study was aimed at deriving planning elements for achieving an aging affinity environment and focused on urban regeneration of housing type. This study was conducted through prior research and policy analysis to derive elements of urban regeneration of housing type, and through the establishment and evaluation of the elements of the plans derived from the WHO and the elderly-friendly city guides. This will enable the creation of a realistic and systematic environment for the age-friendly urban regeneration.
