Report Errors
The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics difference of innovation activities and the factors affecting the business performance of the serial entrepreneurs. The results show that serial entrepreneurs had higher innovation characteristics than novice. And same industry period of prior firm have a positive effect on subsequent firm performance. Based on results of this study, this study implies that entrepreneurial experience has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial success.
